I know a podcast is worth my time when I listen and learn – in digestible nuggets.
Take-aways which inform and inspire. That’s what happened recently when I chatted with Wynne Leon and Brian Hannon as we discussed Brian’s abundant talents as a writer.
Brian pivots from corporate communications to personal storytelling with an ease that’s admirable and enviable. In this episode, he shares a few secrets and opens up pockets of revelations as we mull Brian’s perspective about the importance of writing.
When I listen back to our podcasts before they go live, I often feel like I’m listening anew -– as if I wasn’t there when the recording occurred. How is that? A little podcaster ‘out of body’ experience? I’m not sure…but I suspect it’s related to the engaging content. Good the first time around…even better in the ‘listen back’ when I get to enjoy the whole enchilada. Chips and salsa included. 😉
Evidence? These things struck me about our chat with Brian. Perhaps as you listen, you’ll pick out your own favorites? Please share in the comments. We LOVE feedback.
Sharing secrets…writing is about:
Paying attention – stories are everywhere
Preserving and remembering moments that matter
Extending the funny notes in life
Being goofy can be a goal
Absorbing, observing…it’s all gravy
A sneak peek – a little appetizer? Here you go!
Thank you, Brian and Wynne!
-Vicki 😊
