The creative duo behind the Aspiring Blog, Ritish Sharma and Deepak Joshi, are celebrating a milestone! Their impactful series, The Kindness Report is six months old. Congratulations, friends!
Ritish and Deepak describe themselves as “passionate about writing and storytelling” and it shows. They focus on content chosen to inspire and empower by curating heartfelt stories from all over the world.
Since March, they’ve offered some of my all-time favorite blog content, starting with the very first installment of The Kindness Report–a beautiful story about a lost wallet.
Ritish and Deepak must find my comments repetitive. I mean…I AM predictable.
When my heartstrings are pulled, I have very little control over the moisture in my eyes. I well up easily and unabashedly. Friends and family have learned; it’s a reflexive Vicki response to kindness in action.
Add the superlative way in which each story is written…full of warmth and humanity? I know I’ll need a tissue by the time I get to the last paragraph.
Thankfully Ritish and Deepak aren’t alarmed. They know when they see my comments beginning with, “Oh my…wet eyes…tearing up as I read…” that it’s the highest form of praise I can offer.
Yes, it’s the choice of stories, for sure. Heart tuggers–every single one. But it’s more than that. Thanks to the work behind the scenes in curating content, The Kindness Report offers abundant reminders of the importance of civility on a global level.
We are one, in all the ways that matter.
And if there was ever a time in my life to relish a regular dose of goodness, delivered to my inbox, it’s now. Right now.
