Welcome!

Hi – I’m Victoria, Vicki, Dr. Vicki. (I’ll answer to any and all!) I hold a doctorate in Adult Education and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), author of “Surviving Sue” and “Slivers“.

I’m also a well-regarded speaker and consultant in my own business, Atkinson Group Solutions.

I believe in the power of connection – taking time to share what matters most and I do a lot of pondering (yes…Victoria Ponders) about writing, relationships, family and wellness.

Writing for wellness was the inspiration behind my memoir, “Surviving Sue“. Two years later, I answered the call from readers who were curious about my mom’s highly intuitive family, and I wrote my first-ever novel, “Slivers” – inspired by eerie, generational secrets.

Learn more about both books from my terrific publisher, Eckhartz Press.

Thank you for visiting. I hope you’ll come back often – and don’t be shy about commenting and sharing your thoughts. You are welcome here.

Big smiles,

Vicki 😊

  1. I found your “About” and your blog theme. Leadership and Life Coach is interesting, two life coach I know here just joined my Toastmasters club. There might be club near you (toastmasters.org) to investigate, especially if you do large events where you give keynotes.

You’re very pretty. Did anyone ever tell you that you look like Patti Boyd?

    1. Aw…thanks for the lovely feedback about the blog. And LOL. Nope…I’m not sure I know who Patti Boyd is. I’ll need to do some research, but you know how profile pics are. We catch ourselves on a good hair day! 😉

      1. Ha-ha, me, I have no shame, there are plenty of bad hair pictures of me. I rarely have “good hair.” I have this hair that is fine, but a LOT of hair. It doesn’t know if it wants to be wavy or straight.
Patti Boyd was a model in the 1960s. She married George Harrison and he wrote “Something” for her. Then she was with Eric Clapton and he wrote “Layla” and “Wonderful Tonight” for her. So, she’s a great person to look like! 😉

        1. Oh good grief! THAT Patti Boyd?!? You’re too kind. LOL! And I’m with you – I’ve got a ton of fine hair that has a wild mind of its own. 😜
